I’m an equity-driven education leader with 15+ years of experience across nonprofit, education, and public sectors. I specialize in aligning people, programs, and purpose to drive measurable change by modernizing systems, building inclusive teams, and scaling strategies that close equity gaps. Grounded in collaboration and community-led solutions, I bring vision, heart, and action to expanding access to opportunity.

My career has ranged from the classroom to district administration, reform advocacy, and beyond. In 2016, I founded Teach Western Mass to provide a holistic approach to teacher training and promote educational equity in the Western Massachusetts region, with a particular focus on educator diversity. As a MassINC Senior Fellow, I published a case study on the story and success of Teach Western Mass, and explored how to best replicate the model statewide, sharing best practices for establishing regional talent initiatives. As part of the Nellie Mae Speakers Bureau, I promoted the benefits of education equity in speaking engagements and opinion pieces.

Outside of work, I’m usually with my family in Cambridge, walking the dogs with my spouse, playing Uber driver for my 6th and 8th grade daughters, or heading to the Berkshires to visit my Buddhist community and parents.
